Jennifer Cooke, director of the Africa Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies talks with VOA Victor Beattie about the implications of the decision by acting president Goodluck Jonathan to have his own officials, not those of ailing president Yar-adua who, she says, likely won't return to office.  She also talks about challenges the acting leader faces in Nigeria, a vital African country with vast oil reserves.
