Kyrgyz Interim Government Sets Bounties for Bakiyev's Relatives

Kyrgyzstan's interim government is offering cash rewards for information leading to the arrest of the fugitive relatives and colleagues of deposed Kyrgyz President Kurmanbek Bakiyev.
Kyrgyz authorities say between $20,000 and $100,000 will be given to those who can help find the relatives and acquaintances of the ousted leader wanted for "grave crimes."
The suspects include one of Mr. Bakiyev's sons, three of his brothers and former Kyrgyz Prime Minister Daniyar Usenov.
Mr. Bakiyev was forced from power on April 7 during a bloody uprising in which at least 85 people were killed.
The Kyrgyz interim government has charged the ousted leader with "mass killing" for his alleged role in the uprising. The government says he ordered security forces to fire on anti-government protesters.
The opposition took power after Mr. Bakiyev was ousted amid accusations of corruption and nepotism.
The government has demanded Mr. Bakiyev be extradited from Belarus, where he took shelter following the uprising.
