Pakistani army officers have now joined terrorist masterminds and crime bosses on India's list of most wanted criminals.
The list of 50 names became public Wednesday, even though Indian officials said it was first presented to Pakistan in March.
Media reports say at least two of the names on the list belong to officers currently serving in Pakistan's army. Others are leaders or suspected members of a variety of terror groups, including Lashkar-e-Taiba and al-Qaida.
India has long accused Pakistan of harboring the militants who launched a 2008 terror attack on Mumbai, which killed more than 160 people. Indian officials also have suggested Pakistan's military and intelligence service was aware of the plot and may even have been involved.
Lashkar-e-Taiba chief Hafiz Saeed - considered by India to be one of the masterminds of the Mumbai attack - comes in on the list at number one.
Crime boss Dawood Ibrahim also made the list. India claims Ibrahim has been living in Pakistan, an allegation that Pakistan repeatedly has denied.
The list's public release comes just days after U.S. special forces entered Pakistan and killed al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden.
Indian and Pakistan have gone to war three times since 1947. India suspended peace talks following the Mumbai attacks, but the two nuclear powers have since taken some tentative steps to revive the peace process.
