Russian gunrunner Viktor Bout was recently arrested under a warrant issued by the United States, which accuses him of supplying weapons to the Colombian rebel group, the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).  

VOA's Jela de Franceschi looks at the groups and powerful actors Bout dealt with during his notorious arms trade career.
