The World Health Organization estimates about 18 million people around the globe suffer from Alzheimer's Disease, a degenerative disease in which brain cells whither away and die.  Wednesday May 14 in Washington, former Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor told the Senate Special Committee on Aging more can, and must be done for victims of the disease and those caring for them.   VOA's Paul Sisco reports.
