North Korean laborers struggle to earn enough to eat despite following government dictates on food production

A new film premiering this week in South Korea dramatizes the suffering faced by tens of thousands of North Koreans who flee their country's poverty and repression.  North Korean rights activists say the film's emotional power may draw global attention to the issue.  VOA's Kurt Achin has a preview.
