Ethiopian cuisine is heavy in spices.  Zed Wondemu , the owner of Zed's, says the right amount of nutmeg, rosemary, pepper and other seasonings really spice up the meat.
Washington D.C. is best known as a city of politics and power. But it is also known by many as a great place for food from around the world. 

For producer Liu Enming, Elaine Lu takes us to an Ethiopian restaurant that has hosted some of the nation capital's most powerful figures.
