Last month the Congolese people voted in favor of the new constitution, a first step towards elections slated for March 2006. Host Vincent Makori and his guests will discuss the peace process in Congo, including the role of external actors, the effectiveness of the UN peacekeeping mission, and recent outbreaks of fighting in the Katanga province.
