Africa’s Challenges of Power-Sharing Leadership
 

Zimbabwe's political rivals have signed a preliminary agreement outlining the framework for power-sharing talks to resolve the country's political crisis. President Robert Mugabe and opposition leaders Morgan Tsvangirai and Arthur Mutambara signed the agreement in a ceremony in Harare attended by South African President Thabo Mbeki.
