Former Masvingo United coach Luke Masomere says it is up to the Zimbabwe Football Association to decide whether it wants him to remain assistant coach of the Young Warriors, the country's under-17 national soccer team, now that he has accepted a coaching position with Gaborone United of Botswana.

There was also speculation that Masomere, who was to leave Zimbabwe on Thursday to start his new job in Botswana's capital, would be replaced at Masvingo by Moses Chunga, coach at Caps United and a former national team assistant coach.

Marvellous Mhlanga-Nyahuye asked Masomere why he left Masvingo United for the Botswanan coaching assignment.
