Fashion designer Marc Jacobs has entered rehab. The popular designer is receiving treatment for drug and alcohol addiction.

News of his voluntary entry came Monday  March 12, the same day he received two nominations from the Council of Fashion Designers of America for its upcoming awards.

Jacobs' business partner Robert Duffy said he'd been sober for seven years, and immediately checked himself into a facility after relapsing.

Marc Jacobs' fashion shows regularly attract such celebrities as Rod Stewart, Harry Connick Jr., and Lenny Kravitz.
