Can Obama "Reset" US-Russian Relations?
U.S. President Barack Obama is on a week-long trip that includes meetings with his Group of Eight (G8) counterparts in Italy, as well as a stop in Accra, the Ghanian capital. Ahead of those stops, Mr. Obama travels to Moscow for talks with Russian President Dimitri Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin. On the agenda: repairing U.S.-Russian relations, discussion of an American defense shield in Europe, and the future of Russia's relations with the NATO allies.
