Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak has vowed to win the war against terrorism, as authorities continue to investigate terror attacks from earlier in the week.

President Mubarak said in televised remarks Thursday that Egypt will use the full force of the law to defeat terrorism.

On Monday, triple bombings at a beach resort in Egypt's Sinai peninsula killed at least 18 people.  And two suicide bombers on Wednesday targeted multi-national peacekeepers and police in northern Sinai, near the Israeli border.  The bombers were the only ones killed in those explosions.

Prime Minister Ahmed Nazif told CNN today that officials believe the perpetrators were local, young Bedouins who acted without any outside help.

Egyptian police have detained at least 30 suspects since Monday's bombings in Dahab, a major center for scuba divers and backpackers.

Authorities are investigating whether the attacks were linked to earlier terror bombings at Sharm el-Sheikh in July 2005, and in Taba in October 2004
