Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert says peace talks with the Palestinians is his top priority, but says they must carry out all their international commitments.

During his first visit to Egypt as Prime Minister Sunday, Mr. Olmert announced plans to meet with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas at a date still to be chosen.

He said he hopes the Palestinians will take advantage of what he calls this opportunity and implement all their commitments so both sides can proceed along the road map to peace, the two-state solution for the Middle East.

Mr. Olmert has threatened to unilaterally redraw the Israeli border with the West Bank if no deal can be reached with the Palestinians.

Meanwhile, at least four Palestinians were killed in the Gaza Strip Sunday - including a woman eight months pregnant - in violence between Hamas and Fatah factions.

The woman died when a gunman opened fire on her car carrying two suspected Hamas militants in the town of Khan Yunis.

Three bystanders were also killed in Gaza City during a shootout between Hamas and Fatah gunmen.
