Angelina Jolie left a Vietnamese orphanage Thursday with her third adopted child, a three-year-old boy.
Later that day, she arrived at the Department of Justice, where officials said a ceremony would complete the adoption process. U.S. officials must also review the adoption before a passport can be issued for the boy.
About 20 children dressed in traditional garb welcomed Angelina Jolie to the orphanage; her partner, actor Brad Pitt, did not accompany her to Vietnam.
The couple has two other adopted children: five-year-old Maddox and two-year-old Zahara, along with their biological daughter Shiloh, born in May 2006.
