Zimbabwe Soccer Star of the Year Murape Murape of Dynamos Football Club says he is still thrilled at the prize he was awarded last week - but hasn't had access to the Z$1 billion purse due to the intense shortage of cash gripping the country.

Murape told reporter Marvellous Mhlanga-Nyahuye that the award is every footballer's dream and for him was particularly gratifying given the setbacks he has known in his career, which almost ended in 2000 when he emigrated to Britain for four years.
