The plan for Hanna is to establish up to 200 shelters, depending on her strength and speed.
Before Hurricane Gustav even made landfall, the American Red Cross had spent $12 million organizing 5,000 workers and supplies for disaster relief. Now, hundreds of Red Cross chapters nationwide are getting ready for the next group of storms. VOA's Carolyn Presutti shows how that is accomplished
