Before Hurricane Gustav even made landfall, the American Red Cross had spent $12 million organizing 5,000 workers and supplies for disaster relief. Now, hundreds of Red Cross chapters nationwide are getting ready for the next group of storms. VOA's Carolyn Presutti shows how that is accomplished.
