Suicide Bomber Kills Afghan Intelligence Official

Officials in Afghanistan say a suicide bomber has killed a local intelligence officer in the east.

Local authorities say two other people were wounded in Friday's attack in Khost province.

Violence has worsened in Afghanistan this year as Taliban militants have intensified their campaign against the Afghan government.
