Her chief passion for story and poetry writing inspired her in 1965 to join All India Radio - Delhi which enabled her to broaden her horizons and sharpen her broadcasting talents for which she earned all round appreciation in broadcasting in India, particularly for interview-based feature progams of VIP'S, including several Prime Ministers of India.
