The U.S. state of Florida is being hit with heavy rain and wind from Hurricane Wilma, which earlier killed at least 19 people in the Caribbean and Mexico. The U.S. National Hurricane Center says Wilma is now a Category Three storm with sustained winds of more than 200 kilometers an hour.
