Samane Vignaket

The president of the Lao National Assembly, Mr. Samanh Vignakhet, stresses that, in order to achieve the targeted goal of making the regional Southeast Asian grouping a truly united, peaceful, stable, and prosperous organization, all ASEAN members must play a role in implementing ASEAN’s development plan and cooperate in the efforts to reduce poverty and development gaps between member nations.
