Blake:   Well, I needed to contact my head office in Beijing.

            I had to make sure that the training manuals would be ready in time.

            And I wanted to check on our English-language training program.

            Our technicians would need to be able to explain technical processes 

            in clear English.

            I wanted to be sure that I could keep all of my promises to Mr. Gomez.

Eliz:      I see.

            Mr. Blake, thank you for talking to us today.

            Let’s take a short break.
