Romney Slams Obama on Foreign Policy

Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney says President Barack Obama has failed to confront global challenges and exercise American leadership, thereby weakening the United States and emboldening its enemies. As VOA’s Michael Bowman reports, the White House has dismissed Mr. Romney’s foreign policy address as empty “chest-pounding rhetoric.”
