American Cycling Star Lance Armstrong Awaits Doping Case Fallout

The International Cycling Union has yet to decide whether to ratify the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency's decision to strip American star Lance Armstrong of his seven Tour de France titles. This is after the agency released a detailed report this week that accuses Armstrong not only of using performance-enhancing drugs, but also of helping other cyclists to use banned substances.
