China's once-roaring economy is showing signs of slowing and is on course for its worst year of economic growth in more than a decade. Steering the country's economy in the right direction is one of the key challenges China's new leaders will face as a once-in-a-decade changing of the guard begins on November 8. VOA's William Ide has more from Beijing.
