Hurricane - iPhone Video (From November 9 Episode)

Hurricane Sandy hit the Washington, DC, area with heavy wind and rains, and though the region escaped major damage, the storm made life difficult for residents and reporters alike. But VOA’s Zulima Palacio was able to capture video of the storm in a unique way, and talks about it with On Assignment’s Alex Villarreal.
