It’s been nearly two weeks since Hurricane Sandy tore through the northeastern coast of the United States. Since then another storm blanketed much of the area with snow. As Arash Arabasadi reports from the New Jersey Shore town of Sea Bright now some of the thousands who were displaced from their homes are slowly coming back.
