US Fiscal Cliff Negotiations and Global Implications

President Obama meets with congressional leaders Friday to begin discussions on how to avert an impending fiscal crisis. Experts say the crisis -- the result of congressionally-mandated spending cuts and the expiration of tax cuts at the end of the year, could plunge an already sluggish economy into recession. Both sides appear ready to compromise, but as Mil Arcega reports, agreement will not be easy and the risks extend well beyond America's shores.
