Tough Issues, Low Expectations for Doha Climate Conference

When representatives from all over the world meet in Doha, Qatar later this month (Nov 26-Dec 7), they may feel a new sense of urgency to address their assigned topic, climate change. Still, experts are not very hopeful about the meeting. VOA’s Al Pessin reports from London.
