Falconer Rodney Stotts says he found his calling through birds of prey. He once preyed on others as a drug dealer. He gave up that life and now works for “Wings Over America,” a raptor conservation group in Maryland. Stotts grew up in a poor section of Washington and returns there to teach people about birds of prey and the importance of protecting the environment. VOA’s Deborah profiles Stotts in this week’s “Voices of America.”
