Survey: Two-Thirds of Governments Beset With Corruption

Anger over corrupt or ineffective leaders has sparked mass demonstrations and even toppled several governments. A new worldwide study warns hundreds of millions of people still suffer, though, with many having to pay bribes just to get basic services or to stay out of trouble. VOA’s Jeff Seldin has more from Washington.
