Tenzin Dickyi joined the U.S. State Department's Bureau of Democracy, Labor, and Human Rights after her internship at Under Secretary Maria Otero's office. She attended UC Davis and is a graduate student in international relations at the Harvard University. She did her early schooling from TCV and immigrated to the United States at the age of eight. Tenzin Dickyi says her internship experience in Dharamsala in 2008 was a turning point in her life.
