Obama Says 'Now is the Time' for Immigration Reform

President Barack Obama says a consensus appears to be emerging for reforming the U.S. immigration system. In ((the western U.S. state of)) Nevada on Tuesday, he said a plan announced earlier (( Monday )) by a bipartisan group of senators reflects an emerging consensus on a path to citizenship for the estimated 11 million illegal immigrants in this country.
