Fighting for Freedom in India's 'Rape Capital' (VOA On Assignment Mar. 22)

VOA's New Delhi correspondent, Aru Pande, talks with On Assignment's Doug Bernard about lingering fears among women in the Indian capital, in the wake of a fatal gang rape last year that sparked outrage both in India and abroad. Indian lawmakers have moved toward tougher punishment for rapists, but Aru says many women still feel unsafe.
