    Tenzin Paldon is one of the handful of Tibetan female leaders in the field of journalism. She started as a reporter in the late1990s, and worked her way up to head the Voice of Tibet (VOT) – one of the three leading Tibetan broadcast services outside Tibet. She says that as a mother, her biggest regret is not having been able to spend as much time as she would have liked with her infant son.
