Dolma and her sister launched their street Momo business in the 1990s, starting today’s growing craze for juicy Tibetan dumplings in the Indian capital. Her business has grown from its original single stall in South Delhi to multiple locations in the city today with a staff of over 30 momo makers and vendors. Dolma Aunty Momo has been featured in newspapers and magazines, with some rating it the best momos in Delhi. Dolma told VOA that her special dipping sauce is what separates her momo plate from all the others.
