U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is expected to shift his attention from the Middle East to South Asia later this week, with a long awaited trip to Pakistan. It comes as international combat forces prepare to leave Afghanistan at the end of 2014 and with Afghan elections on the horizon. VOA's Jeff Seldin has more from the State Department.
