Arig Gyurmey only started learning the Tibetan alphabet in 2001 when he came into exile from Tibet, but is today the editor of the magazine Lhochok Phonya, and a reporter for Tibet Times. Gyurmey’s passion for the Tibetan language is clear from the projects he has created such as Changsa, a marriage and relationship site, Tibetan Blog, a creative writing site, and a book on sex education.
