    Pro-Russian protesters in eastern Ukraine are refusing to leave their barricades despite demands from all sides for them to leave state buildings. The United States, Russia, the European Union and Ukraine issued a joint statement at talks in Geneva Thursday calling for all illegal armed groups to be disarmed and all seized buildings to be vacated.
