U.S. President Barack Obama on Tuesday awarded the Medal of Honor to former Army Sergeant Kyle White for his actions during an ambush in Nuristan province, Afghanistan. But as VOA’s Jeff Seldin reports, his friends say the honor is well deserved, although White refuses to see himself as a hero.
