Just another clear example of how the Iranian regime struggles to stem the tide of technology, especially social media. It has already banned Facebook and Twitter and Wikapedia This will just be the tip of the iceberg that will probably involve SnapChat, Instagram, Vine, Reddit, Tumblr and every other method of sharing uncensored information. This is just one more nail in the coffin of Iranian President Rouhani’s claim of moderation.
Rouhani's regime led by the mullahs knows what happens when a populace becomes more tech savvy and utilizes social media to tell the world what is happening inside the country. Guys like Khamenei and Rouhani learned from the 2010 election protests and the Arab Spring and are making sure these kinds of freedoms don't spread again.
