State Department correspondent Bijan Farhoodi will juxtapose a statement by US envoy Zalmay Khalilzad that based on the U.S.'s review of the report released Thursday to the IAEA's 35-member board, Iran has not fully cooperated and that additional sanctions under chapter 7 of the UN's charter are warranted, with statements by top Iranian negotiator Saeed Jalili that the IAEA report shows that new sanctions against Tehran are not justified and would be an illegal action.
