1 in 4 People Pay Bribes for Public Services: Global Survey (VOA On Assignment July 12)

On Assignment's Alex Villarreal and Imran Siddiqui talk to reporter Henry Ridgwell in London about Transparency International's Global Corruption Barometer 2013. The group polled more than 114,000 people in more than 100 countries in what it is calling the "biggest-ever survey tracking worldwide public opinion on corruption." Henry says the results, including more than one in four people reporting having paid a bribe in the past year, are "depressing."
