Q&A Glaser & Beattie / US China / Senior U.S. and Chinese officials meet in Washington tomorrow for their fifth Strategic & Economic Dialogue that follows the informal summit by Presidents Obama and Xi Jinping held last month at the Sunnylands estate in California. The two-day meeting will involve no fewer than the heads of 14 U.S. government agencies and the leaders of 16 Chinese state bodies. Bonnie Glaser, a senior fellow in China Studies at the Washington-based Centers for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), tells VOA's Victor Beattie China's view is that cyber security is a global problem and needs a mutli-lateral solution.
