Thousands Of Hong Kong Residents Have Camped Out On Some Of The City's Biggest Streets For A Second Night In An Unprecedented Protest Against What They See As Unfair Election Rules Imposed By Beijing. Many Of The Protesters Set Up Barricades On Streets Around The Main Government Complex And In Other Districts Late Monday And Early Tuesday. But There Was No Repeat Of Chaotic Scenes From The Previous Night, When Riot Police Fired Tear Gas And Pepper Spray To Try To Disperse The Demonstrators.
