Analysis of US - China Relationship in 2014 - Q&A

China says talks between its President Xi Jinping and U.S. President Barack Obama in Beijing last month yielded "important and fruitful" results for the two world powers. But, tensions in the U.S.-China relationship remained in 2014. Robert Daly is a China analyst at the Kissinger Institute on China and the United States in Washington. VOA's Michael Lipin asked him how effective the Obama administration has been in handling the U.S.-China relationship.
