Nigeria Peace Accord
Nigeria’s two leading presidential candidates signed a second peace accord Thursday promising to hold peaceful polls and not incite religious or ethnic tensions. Incumbent Goodluck Jonathan of the People's Democratic Party and his rival Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress, called on all citizens and their party supporters, to refrain from violence.
