Global Warming Agreement

A landmark deal to tackle global warming has been reached in Paris. The agreement, reached by 196 nations, aims to keep global temperature increases below two degrees Celsius, provide $100 billion in climate investment to poorer countries and review progress every five years among its key goals. The deal is the most wide-ranging climate agreement since the Kyoto Protocol in 1997. VOA Europe correspondent Luis Ramirez reports from Paris.
