Many people are feared to have drowned after a boat carrying up to 400 mainly Somali migrants capsized in the Mediterranean off the coast of Egypt. A senior Somali diplomat in Egypt confirmed the reports, after social media posts from some of the migrants' families were shared widely on Sunday.
