Despite his major accomplishments, including the Covid-19 relief bill and bipartisan infrastructure legislation, a couple of conservative Democrats in the evenly split Senate have thus far stymied Biden’s hopes for passing voting rights and “Build Back Better” legislation before the end of 2021.
